Conference on Indonesian Foreign Policy (CIFP) is an annual festival of diplomacy organized by Foreign Policy Community of Indonesia (FPCI) since 2015. CIFP serves as a dynamic convergence where foreign policy stakeholders from across Indonesia and the world come together for intellectually stimulating, inclusive, and inspiring discussions. Over the years, CIFP has earned the distinction of being recognized as "The World’s Largest Foreign Policy Conference," drawing over 11,000 attendees.

Unlike any other, CIFP has been described as “a combination of an international seminar and a rock concert,” reflecting how rare it is for a foreign policy conference to display a festive, high-energy atmosphere attended by thousands of people, primarily young people.

Diplomacy Clinic

Modeled after a medical clinic where doctors meet with multiple patients, the Diplomacy Clinic—held exclusively at the Conference on Indonesian Foreign Policy (CIFP)—offers a one-of-a-kind opportunity to engage directly with ambassadors in a unique one-on-one format.

Each participant will have three minutes to ask questions related to the ambassador’s country, its foreign policy, or its relations with Indonesia—creating an interactive and personal diplomatic experience unlike any other.

C-Suite Forum

CIFP 2025 will once again feature the C-Suite Forum — a tailored program designed exclusively for executives, business leaders, and high-level professionals.

This unique opportunity enables participants to engage directly with policymakers and leading experts, gaining valuable insights into Indonesia’s business and investment landscape.

The C-Suite Forum will comprise three closed-door roundtable sessions addressing key economic and investment issues in Indonesia, followed by an exclusive luncheon with a cabinet minister for in-depth policy discussions.

For a limited number of attendees, C-Suite Forum includes:

  • Dedicated entry points to skip the crowds;

  • VIP Lounge access for networking;

  • Priority seating at thematic sessions featuring 60+ speakers;

  • Option to request sideline bilateral meetings with policymakers and thought leaders;

  • Exclusive access to business-focused sessions.
